RFS-2 RF switch adopts 19" 1U standard box and applies RFsignal backup in HFC network to improve the reliability of system and the bestservice of network. It's mainly used in the front end and the sub-front of HFCsystem.
RF switch adopts modular design, push-pulldouble power supplies, independent RF switch module, network transpondermodule, high precision RF test and micro processing technology, as well as LCDscreen to display the operation status of the machine precisely, which canfacilitate the users to use and maintain largely.
RF switch has manual and automatic two typesoperation modes. Among them, manual mode can test the signal strength in mainand backup path, automatic mode can make automatic switch of main and backuppath signal according to the input signal. The user can set the actual channelnumber and threshold value of the signal switch through the adjustment of frontpanel button according to actual requirement. It will switch to backup pathwhen the main path is lower than the setting value of threshold, and switch tothe mater road again when its signal returns to normal. Also, it can do remotemonitor and setting accurately.
